Worth nearly $200 billion the games industry has overtaken film and tv, as the highest grossing entertainment industry and is now reported to be bigger than both the film and music industries combined.

From epic quests in fantastical realms to intimate character driven dramas that explore the depths of the human experience, games are a playground for exceptional storytelling with characters brought to life by actors' compelling performances.

This course is taught by Holly Reddaway.

Throughout the masterclass we will explore:

  • How performance is captured for games
  • Bringing a character to life and approaching a script
  • Developing skills for performance capture: voice over, facial capture and motion capture
  • Unpacking the full range and potential of your voice
  • What to expect from a shoot
  • Approaches to producing a showreel
  • How to get started in the industry
